Ceoli Jacoby is a Maryland-based reporter who currently covers courts and local government for The Frederick News-Post.

Jacoby, a 2023 graduate of the University of Maryland's Philip Merrill College of Journalism, has previously interned for Mid-Atlantic Media, Montgomery Community Media, and the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press.
She has also worked at the Howard Center for Investigative Journalism, where she contributed reporting to Lethal Restraint — an Associated Press investigation into police use of force.​
